A problem with the app
The fastest way is from the app itself: in the MORE tab, tap Report a problem. Write a couple of lines about what happened and your e-mail app opens with a ready message that includes the PadLoop and system version, so we know right away which phone it happens on. If you can, attach a screenshot.
Purchases
Purchases go through Google Play and the App Store: we never see your payment details. If you changed phone, use the restore button on the app's unlock page, with the same store account. If it doesn't work, write to us and we'll help. The most common answers are in Price & FAQ.
Ideas and new features
Many PadLoop features started as messages from people who use it. If something is missing for the way you play, tell us: what you were trying to do and what stopped you.
