These terms apply to the PadLoop app and to the website padloop.net, both owned by Positive Vibration SLU (Spain, CIF B76273051). By using the app or the site you accept them. If anything is unclear, write to [email protected].

The app and your licence

When you download PadLoop from Google Play or the App Store you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your devices, also under the terms of the store you got it from. You may not copy, modify, decompile or resell the app or any part of it.

Free trial and purchase

The 7-day trial unlocks every feature, plugins included. On Android it counts once per device; on iPhone and iPad it is a free App Store item tied to your Apple account, and its start date stays the same on a new device.
After the trial the app stays free with limited features (2 banks, 2 looper tracks, one project).
The one-time purchase unlocks everything, with no subscription. Payment, restoring on a new device and any refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own rules.
If a purchase is refunded, the app goes back to the free features. What you made stays yours.

What you make

Your recordings, projects, banks and exports are yours. They stay on your device and we never receive them. You are responsible for what you record, sample or split: if you use other people's music or sounds (for example a song split into stems or a sound sampled from another app), you need the rights to publish them. For personal study and practice you don't.

Included sounds and plugins

You can use the sounds of the Sound library, the ready banks, the Ready beats and the plugin sounds in your own music, published too. You may not redistribute them as sounds on their own (for example by reselling them or sharing them as a sample pack).

The website

The texts, images and videos on padloop.net belong to Positive Vibration SLU. You are welcome to link to and share the pages; to reuse the content in other ways, ask first.

Warranty and liability

We do our best to make PadLoop work well on as many phones as possible, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free on every device: that's what the free trial is for. We recommend exporting or backing up important projects. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage or data loss; your statutory consumer rights always remain.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we'll update this page and the date above. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of the country where you live.
