Cookies and browser storage
Last updated: 19 October 2026
padloop.net uses very little: your consent choice and, only if you press Accept, Google Analytics statistics. No advertising, no profiling.
What we always store
| Name | Where | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
padloop_consent |
browser storage (localStorage) | remember whether you pressed Accept or Decline, so we don't ask on every page | until you clear this site's data |
padloop_clips |
browser storage (localStorage) | remember whether you turned the moving clips off with the button in the menu | until you clear this site's data |
These are not tracking cookies: they stay in your browser and are never sent to anyone.
Only if you press Accept: Google Analytics
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Analytics | tell visitors apart anonymously to count visits | 2 years |
_ga_TG82916VD6 |
Google Analytics | keep the state of the visit | 2 years |
IP addresses are anonymised and statistics data is kept for at most 14 months. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. If you press Decline, the Google script is not even loaded.
Videos
The site's tutorials and clips are served from our own server: no cookies, no external platform. A tutorial is downloaded only when you press play.
How to change your mind
At the bottom of every page you'll find Cookie settings: it reopens the banner so you can choose again. If you switch from Accept to Decline, Google Analytics is no longer loaded from the next page on; to remove cookies already stored, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
For everything else about data, see the privacy policy.
